BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT - Personal Effectiveness
In spite of your good intentions, are the outcomes of your actions not always what you intend them to be? Then personal effectiveness is something that you may need to work on especially if an international environment puts great demands on you. We work on the basis of your experiences as well as the experiences of fellow participants. This will provide you with an insight into your qualities and pitfalls, and into your style of communication and cooperation. We mix this insight into your behavior together with a small amount of theory. Based on this, we practice with different kinds of behavior and reflect on their effect on the context in which you work. After the workshop you will be aware of your personal strengths and weaknesses, and you will know how to improve your effectiveness in your (international) work environment.
PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
-Develop personal strengths and weaknesses
-Gain insight into their behavior and the behavior of others
-Develop effective communication
-Develop personal effectiveness in an international environment
-Develop a personal action plan
-Every manager/professional who wants to gain better insight into his/her behavior and the effect of his/her behavior on the work environment
-Those having at least five years of work experience in an international environment and who feel that insight into their behavior will allow them to make better use of their own capacities.
