HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT - Compensation & Benefits Management : Understanding Administration & Creating Strategy
This workshop looks at the basic building blocks of effective benefits administration and subsequently goes on to explore the Strategic dimensions - how the whole process can add ‘value for money’ and help the organization achieve its objectives. It will specifically look at the question of how organizations can encourage participation and engagement and still achieve organizational objectives and profitability.
PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
-Explore some of the issues surrounding the effective management of the human resource
-Understand why ‘staff’ are the most expensive resource of the organization
-Evaluate ‘new’ practices that might benefit their organization
-Human Resources staff who are responsible for the administration and management of benefits and reward
-Compensation and Benefits specialists who are new to the area or are looking for a refresher course
-Line managers who are responsible for managing and motivating staff and need a better understanding of how to manage remuneration.
