This workshop develops leadership skills to lead others in times of crisis, pressure and stress. Participants will obtain the latest insights into what makes leaders able to manage themselves and others during times of crisis. It illustrates how to map out possible crisis scenarios.
PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
-Develop leadership skills for handling stress, pressure and crises
-Identify and become familiarized with how the different personality styles respond to stress and pressure
