We acknowledge that people have different learning styles. In our training workshops you can be confident that we make use of a large variety of interactive learning methods. Some are preferred by you, some by others. You can expect to experience exercises, presentations, case studies, real life cases, role-play, reading, debates, visuals, films, focused discussions, assessments, simulations…… a rich variety of methods.
Our courses follow the adult learning cycle. This is an experiential learning cycle that describes how adults generally learn and acquire new knowledge. Our training courses are rather practical. You learn hands-on, up-to-date tools that you can use directly in your context.
We make learning fun by injecting humor, and using energizers and icebreakers. You can expect personalized feedback to assist you in becoming even better at what you do.
